Every month we prepare new recipes with seasonal products.

Naan: Plain bread cooked in tandoor.
Pulao rice: Cumin and saffron rice.
Tandoori brussels cabbage: Marinated with yogurt spices cream and cooked in the tandoor.
Katar aur gajjar poriyal: Snow peas and purple carrot chopped and stir fry with spices, accompanied with watercress and ginger, green chili and raisins vinaigrette.

Bhapa Doi: Yoghurt cream with a strawberry chutney.

*Service and appetizers 2€/per person. Supplement of 10% on the terrace.
